These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phgolden platform, including all games, account features, payment services, and promotions. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility rules set out in the specific promotion terms. Abuse of bonus systems will result in account suspension.
All games use certified RNG systems. Collusion, fraud, chargebacks, and manipulation of game outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Important Notice
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phgolden ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the phgolden website at phgolden.lat and all associated services. By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following any update or amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. phgolden will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Platform or via your registered contact details.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only
Access to and participation in real-money gaming activities on the phgolden Platform is strictly limited to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandatory and non-negotiable in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable in the PAGCOR oversight context. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity involving real money.
In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an Account on phgolden:
phgolden reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending verification.
To register an Account on phgolden, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, a date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years old, and a secure password of your choosing. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each eligible player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the phgolden Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances associated with the duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. phgolden will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify phgolden immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
phgolden is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys (National ID), passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, voter's ID, and postal ID. KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours of complete document submission.
phgolden accepts deposits via the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
Note on Responsible Depositing: phgolden encourages all Players to set deposit limits on their Accounts consistent with their personal financial means. Deposit limits can be configured directly from the Account dashboard. See Section 11 for further responsible gaming information.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's name.
phgolden offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including Welcome Bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to this general Bonus Policy and to any additional terms specific to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.
Any Player found to be abusing the phgolden bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses, using automated or scripted play to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics — will have all associated accounts suspended, all bonus credits forfeited, and may have any Real Money Balance withheld pending investigation.
All games offered on the phgolden Platform are supplied by certified third-party Game Providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) specifications, which are accessible within the game interface or the Platform's game information section.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgolden Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to confirmed breach of this Agreement or prohibited conduct, phgolden reserves the right to forfeit all Real Money and Bonus Funds held in the Account at the time of suspension, without prejudice to any other remedy available at law.
Where Account closure is not attributable to Player misconduct, any Real Money Balance (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) held in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

phgolden strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement on all accounts. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all transactions reversed where possible, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority.
All content on the phgolden Platform — including but not limited to the phgolden brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, marketing materials, written content, and software code — is the intellectual property of phgolden or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international conventions.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content or software without the prior written consent of phgolden.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgolden's liability to any Player is limited as follows:
Nothing in this Agreement limits phgolden's liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.
phgolden collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By accepting this Agreement, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.
phgolden complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation. Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for Account operation, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. phgolden does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. phgolden reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the revised Agreement on the Platform, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. phgolden will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes through on-site notifications or via your registered contact details.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting phgolden support.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding its existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to contact phgolden's customer support team to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute. phgolden commits to responding to formal written dispute notices within ten (10) business days of receipt and to engaging in good-faith negotiation for a reasonable period before the matter is escalated to formal proceedings.

Acknowledgement
By using the phgolden Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phgolden with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
